Larry Shupnick
Larry Shupnick is the Senior Vice Precident of Development and Acquisitions for Interstate Hotels and Resorts.
Mr. Shupnick has serves in this capacity since he merged his company, Leral Hotels, with CapStar Hotel Company in 1990.
Prior to joining CapStar in 1990, he was President of Laral Hotels, a hotel management and ownership company, which he
founded in 1970. Mr. Shupnick's prior career was with Sheraton Corporation, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Schine Hotels, and
Recion Corporation.
In addition to Mr. Shupnick's career in the hospitality business, he has been partners with Michel Richard since 1984 starting
with the development of Citrus Restaurant as well as all the other restaurants since 1984. Mr. Shupnick has been involved in
other hotel and restaurant ventures in New York and San Luis Obispo, California.

Carl Halvorson
A business graduate od Swiss Hotel Management School, Les Roches, Crans Montana, Switzerland, Mr. Halvorson has
worked in the Hotel and Restaurant industry since 1988. His career started at the Park Hyatt Hotel both in Canberra & Sydney, Australia.
Most recently, his positions have included Area GM for Kimpton Restaurants Washington DC, Director F&B, Westin Fairfax
Hotel (home of former Washington institution "The Jockey Club"), Director F&B, Trans Asia Hotel in Colombo Sri Lanka, F&B
Director with Mt. Buller Ski Resort, Restaurant Director, Sheraton on the Park, Sydney, Chef at the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof,
Zermatt, Switzerland, & Service Attendant at les Ambassadeurs (Michelin 3 star) at Le Crillon in Paris, France.
For the past six years, Carl has working as the Director of Food & Beverage for Michel Richard at Michel Richard Citronelle,
and the Director of Operations for Michel Richards new restaurant projects, in Washington D.C. and California.
